Ishfaq Mir is a visionary entrepreneur and ecosystem builder blending technology, culture, and sustainability. A President’s Award recipient, he has led national-scale technology and disaster management projects, built business incubators in J&K, and champions regenerative, community-driven economic ecosystems rooted in purpose and long-term impact.
Muheet Mehraj is an entrepreneur building globally relevant, social-impact brands from Kashmir. With experience at companies like Opontia and Noon, he has received national recognition for startup excellence, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship. He brings strong expertise in brand building, scaling ventures, and creating impact-driven businesses.
Namrata Kaul is a senior banking leader with over 30 years of global experience across corporate banking, finance, and capital markets. Former Managing Director and India Head at Deutsche Bank, she brings deep expertise in governance, capital strategy, and mentoring, supporting startups with financial discipline and global perspective.
Vivek Raina is the Founder & CEO of Excitel Broadband and Co-Founder of LaunchPad Kashmir. A TEDx and Josh speaker, he has led Excitel’s growth in India’s digital transformation while mentoring entrepreneurs, leveraging his expertise in operations, scaling businesses, and building inclusive entrepreneurial communities.
Yousuf Siddiqi is a social entrepreneur focused on peace, unity, and sustainable development. Having built ventures across eco-tourism, events, design, and art in China and India, he now works from Srinagar to strengthen local industries, promote culture-led entrepreneurship, and support community-driven economic growth in Kashmir.
